The benefits of Jeep Wave membership are obvious right off the bat: The first 3 oil changes and tire rotations are covered. That means professional grade work from specially-trained Jeep brand technicians at a certified service center is yours at no extra charge.
Vehicle Protection You Can Be Confident About
Routine maintenance is a regular part of car ownership, so it should fit seamlessly into your day to day. That’s the idea behind Jeep Wave vehicle protection. Members enjoy same-day, no-charge vehicle rental while waiting on their Jeep. There’s also trip interruption coverage, which reimburses up to $1,000 per occurrence for lodging, meals, and emergency transportation in the event of the unforeseen.
No customer care program would be complete without roadside assistance, which is why Jeep Wave is there 24/7 with the following services:
- Jump starts
- Flat tire changes
- Lockout assistance
- Fuel delivery
- Towing to the nearest Jeep brand dealer
Each of the aforementioned services is provided for the duration of the Powertrain Limited Warranty period. Jeep Wave ensures bumper-to-bumper coverage for new vehicle purchases in the form of two plans:
- 5-year/60,000-mile gas Powertrain Limited Warranty (100,000-mile for diesel)
- 3-year/36,000-mile Basic Limited Warranty.
